Leadership Coach, Board Member, Executive Mentor
A Master Certified Coach (MCC), she combines more than two decades of executive development experience with first-hand business and board leadership.

Leadership path
Business & Board Perspective
Agnes brings an operator’s and director’s perspective to her coaching. She served on the Board of Directors of Aircastle LLC, a multi-billion-dollar global commercial aircraft leasing company, including through its 2020 merger following 15 years as a public company. Earlier, she spent a decade in international banking, culminating at Bankers Trust Company of New York.
Over the course of her consulting and coaching career, Agnes has advised leaders across markedly different business models, organizational cultures and market environments. Her experience is particularly deep in healthcare and life sciences, financial services, technology and telecommunications, consumer businesses, industrial and manufacturing companies, and professional services, with additional work across media and entertainment, hospitality, real estate, energy, education and nonprofit organizations.
Executive Development & Thought Leadership
Agnes has taught coaching, leadership and assessment to executives through UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, Duke Corporate Education, the University of Miami, Emeritus, and the Professional School of Psychology in Southeast Asia.
She is co-author of three books: “Ten Themes and Variations for Postmodern Leaders and Their Coaches”, “Coachbook - a Guide to Organizational Coaching Strategies and Practices”, and “The Ark of Leadership - An Integrative Approach”.
A Global Perspective
Agnes’s international perspective is deeply personal. Born in Romania, she defected from the communist regime and subsequently lived, studied and worked across Europe and the United States. She later served as the Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee’s Envoy to Romania, crucially helping the Games overcome the Soviet-led boycott of the 1984 Olympics.
Fluent in six languages, Agnes holds a master’s degree in philosophy and linguistics from Cologne University and a Bachelor of Arts from Edinburgh University.
